Born 24th January, 1968, ’Kunle was educated at the Lagos State University, where he bagged the Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours in 1989. He attended the Nigeria Law School, Victoria Island, Lagos from January-December 1990 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in December, 1990.
An African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) scholar, Kunle also bagged the Master of Arts Degree in Economic Policy Management from the University of Ghana, Legon.
Kunle served as Legal Adviser, Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company – a successor (Distribution) Company of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria Plc (PHCN) 2006-2008; Technical Assistant to the Executive Vice Chairman, Power Holding Company of Nigeria-PHCN (July 2008-March 2009). He was appointed to serve as Secretary to the Generation Technical and Monitoring Committee of the Transitional Board of PHCN in January 2010. He is presently Director (Legal)/ Legal Adviser to the National Power Training Institute of Nigeria (NAPTIN) which is the primary institution providing training and capacity building solutions to Electric Utilities in Nigeria.
Kunle is an alumnus of the London Academy Business School, an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the International Bar Association (IBA). He enjoys reading, family life and table-tennis. He is married with children.
