FESTUS OBOGBUA IKOSIN EGUAOJE is from Edo state and studied Geography in Bendel State University, Ekpoma (1987-1991) where he graduated with a second class upper division.

He has over 25 years’ experience as a public servant and have worked with the Federal Ministry of Commerce from the beginning of his career where he grew through ranks as a Research Officer in 1993 to an Assistant Chief Admin Officer (Staff Welfare & Pension) in 2009.

He moved to the Ministry of Defence in 2009 as Assistant. Chief Admin Officer (Army Hardware) and left in 2013 as an Assistant Director (Discipline). he was later transferred back to Ministry of Environment from 2013 -2018 as he rose to an Assistant Director (policy to a Deputy Director (Global Environment Facility (GEF)/Research & Statistics)

He is presently in NAPTIN as the Deputy Director (PRM&E)

Festus has attended professional courses, workshops and seminars both locally and internationally. He has also performed some adhoc duties and have received notable awards/Commendations like Letter of commendation for hard work & dedication at the African Trade Fair Expo in Lagos, Nigeria (2000) and Ministerial letter of commendation for a work well done after the Presidential Committee work on the Rationalisation of Federal Ministry of Science & Technology and its Parastatals (especially ECN).

His hobbies are travelling & reading, and he is married with children.
