Born on 1st October, 1963 and holds degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He also holds a Master Degree in Business Administration and a chartered Accountant. He joined the services of NEPA later PHCN in the year 1991 and rose through the ranks to the post of Principal Manager (F/A). He worked in the Office of the Auditor General of the Federation where he led many Audit teams on special assignments.
He has successfully established the institute’s Accounts Department at the Headquarters and guided some Eight (8) Regional Training Centres. He has displayed requisite commitment, knowledge, skills and Technical competence in Finance & Account Management and Administration with the drive to lead NAPTIN to a greater height. Mr. Adams has attended various training and capacity building both local and abroad.
He is married with children.
