Muhammed Sule Oduwan was born on 25th September, 1962. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) Computer Science from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi (2002) and Higher National Diploma in Statistics, obtained at he Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa (2007)


Sule started his career as a Statistical Officer with kaduna State Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning 1988 -1990). He later moved to Kaduna State Agricultural Development Project as Computer Operator (Analysing Agricultural Products and Inputs, Payroll Manager).


Sule left State Government and joined NEPA on 4th of February, 1993 as Officer 2 Statistics, the appointment that took him through until he became Senior Manager (Information Technology) 2010. He was deployed to NAPTIN in 2010 and became the Senior Manager (Head of Human Resources Unit), the position he held until he rose to become the Chief Executive Officer (Administration) from 2015 to date.


Sule is happily married with a Wife and 4 children, two (2) young boys and two (2) beautiful daughters
